The Sailor Starlights are a group of three Sailor Guardians from the planet Kinmoku. They are Sailor Star Fighter (Seiya Kou), Sailor Star Maker (Taiki Kou), and Sailor Star Healer (Yaten Kou). They came to Earth searching for their princess, Princess Kakyuu.

In their civilian forms, they are members of the popular idol group "Three Lights" (スリーライツ). They use their fame as a cover while searching for their princess and fighting against the Shadow Galactica.
